Discover the Leader Inside You!
Developing self-awareness is one of the key steps in leadership development. This session is designed to introduce a holistic approach for measuring self-awareness inspired by Zoroaster’s doctrine of think well, talk well and act well. The participants will learn how to measure and utilize personal values, thinking content, thinking style, mode of operation and connection style and subsequently how to use these 5 profiles for self-development as a future leader. Prior to the conference, the participants will receive a link to complete the online version of the Pyramid of Self-Awareness Scale (a tool developed by Thinkocrats for evaluating self-awareness) and will receive a personalized report at the workshop, which in turn enables them to discover what kind of a leader they are (or will be) and how to further enhance their strengths and address key areas for improvement.
